Tom Dickey and his associates have tried and handled cases in over half of the 67 counties in Pennsylvania, as well as in Federal Court. He has obtained acquittals in numerous felony and misdemeanor trials, including; first degree murder, rape and other sexual offenses; drug delivery/possession, and other serious felonies and misdemeanors. Attorney Dickey has successfully won Appeals before both the Pennsylvania Superior and Commonwealth Courts as well as the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
