Tiny House Company has it’s HQ in Carlsbad, CA. We build our homes in Chula Vista and San Ysidro on commercial lots.  With the affordable housing crisis in full bloom, Tiny Homes have become the next BIG thing! With the passing of the Affordable Housing Act (SB-9) in January, 2022, homeowners with residential zoned houses can now add additional living quarters. Since these houses are on a chassis they are not considered part of the land and do not rquire permits. They are registered with the DMV and are considered personal property so your taxes won’t go up. But your income sure will if you want an air b&b or rental. It’s now legal. Or just a fun place for family and friends. Build time is 6 to 7 weeks and we deliver to your location.
