I grew up in advertising. My dad was in television sales for decades and would take me to the station with him. He also bought me my first camera in middle school. My passion was in photography, but I always loved the creativity involved in advertising. I attended Missouri State University for a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising and minors in Photography and Design. My senior year I interned with a local agency and learned the tricks of the trade, but in 2012 I decided to go out on my own. Gamble’s Photography has been a great success! I’ve gotten to travel the world, photograph celebrities, and create artwork admired by thousands (and yes I did all of my own design and advertising), but as we all know… photography is very seasonal! To help balance the roller coaster that is a photographer’s salary, I started building websites and doing social media management. There are a lot of people that can create a functional website, but the key is making one that is also eye catching, balanced, and very visual. I was able to couple my artistic nature with my business sense.
