Will they be there for me when I want to trade in this spa for a larger or smaller one in the future? Who will help me manage the chemicals for this thing, I’m not an engineer. I have a lot of questions are they going to answer all of them? ——YES, we are here for you! I am not an Ivy League corporate bigwig reporting to a massive hedge fund or private equity group. Am just a guy from MN that moved out here with my wife and kids to work in the spa business. Sounded fun. I grew up hot tubbing with my dad in the MN winters. Looking at the stars and listening to his HAM radio.
