Crystal Highley is self-employed her mother had gave her some properties and she is now a landlord. She rents out rooms. She does not do any leases only verbal agreement only

I Hate Writing Reviews I Have to right this review because it’s about my baby brother. He lived in her property when Mr Gary Highley was running the house sadly when he died a miss Crystal Highly took over my brother was wanting his family to come visit him and she got very rude with him and put a friggin eviction on his door and kicked him out But She refused to help him with repairs to his home gosh I tell ya she needs to be sued in a court of law !!!!

Everyone I Read this post of Her of this Home I Live in The Area I was trying to see if I wanted Ĺive in her Propertys I Contacted her from Her Listing Online so I Went to the Property and checked it Out I Was not happy with what I Seen and most of the tenants were rude and the Home looked like it was not Maintained very well I will not rent that home

Yeah She’s Ridiculous My Cousin lived at 2905 East Third he Moved in and left 13 Days later and said that the property had Rats & Tons of Roaches & :BedBugs Everywhere He Said The Housing inspector should shut That Place Down he Said That nobody should ever Rent from Crystal Highley Please Beware of This Landlord

Crystal Highley , a Landlord Rented to a friend of mine , moved him in and then Evicted him over Nothing She is Rude & mean to tenants acting like she Runs the world she was a terrible landlord that refuses to Fix Up the House, gets tenants money & Kicks Them Out & Keeps their Deposit, Don’t Rent Any of Crystal Highley Property’s , he Said living In her Property’s was the worst Experience he Ever Had and the Property Needs to be Condemned ,,,
