I started transferring the money from the play plus card to my bank account but didn’t realize it was going to take me two months to be able to transfer all of my money. I have over 3 grand still in my play plus account and every single time I try to withdraw it; it still says blocked due to fraud! I disputed some charges months ago without realizing what the charges actually were and so they blocked all my play plus accounts WITHOUT even notifying me first.For one that’s illegal-you’re holding someone’s money illegally during a dispute. Secondly the disputed charges were withdrawn and the money was sent back to the merchant weeks ago! I’ve sent so many duplicate emails with paperwork stating from my bank that the disputes were officially closed and the money was returned back to the merchant and I haven’t heard a word since except this so called team that only emails telling me that they missed some deadline for the disputes and there’s nothing they can do now until the Investigation is over and it can take 90 days! I’ve jumped through every hoop and did everything they’ve asked me to and now it’s come to the only excuse they can say now which is the just quoted in the last sentence… my next step by the end of this week is to contact the police and see what they can do about pressing theft charges on this company. Unblock all of my play plus accounts so that I can pay my bills with my money!
