I was supposed to receive the product between 7 to 14 business days since I live in Canada. It’s been over two months and I haven’t heard back from the company ever since. I sent them numerous emails, sent them a direct message on Instagram, called them, with no response what so ever. This is literally the worst customer service. I was charged on my credit card for the item but never received it. I want either a refund immediately or the ring sent to me.
