Blooming Adorable
December 5, 2021
I have had my website for just over a year. I knew there had to be something wrong with it. I asked people over Facebook to help me to find out what was wrong but people don’t want to give negative feedback. My own and my family visits to Blooming Adorable were fruitless and for one reason or another the site wasn’t working. I asked and asked for help. Godaddy staff were happy to help, yet here I am …….. without a working web site …… without sales, Christmas sales. All I want is for someone to point me the way. I’m told the problem is that the problem is that the Categories were not set up right. Then the links were missing. I don’t know where am at anymore. I know I’ve lost a lot of sales, money down the drain. I have done 3 TV shows promoting this company that was a total waste of money as customers were directed to my web site …. a rubbish website. Please just fix it so it works. Is that a lot to ask?? This complaint has been logged through UpsetConsumers.com

No these half truths are ridiculous. None of this is true. I was supposed to be able to transfer after a period of time. I held my end of the bargain. I waited and waited and to this day, December 2, I’m still waiting. I finally spoke to a manager a few days ago who told me I can launch my site without transferring it using hostgator’s credentials. Why was that not an option before I missed the whole Thanksgiving season. Long story short, the manager claimed he was on a different site and it was showing the domain was unlock, I went to the same site while I was on the phone with both godaddy and HostGator and it was locked. I don’t see how he could be seeing it as unlock and I’m n the phone at the same time and it was locked. Does he have a different, more special internet? That was yet another lie. I don’t understand why I’m having such trouble getting my property back from godaddy. This whole shenanigan is the way GoDaddy run its unethical, dishonest business. If this is not illegal it should be. Shame on you!

I have used godaddy.com as my business’ domain registrar for about 10 years. I am having issues with business email and am trying to login into my godaddy.com account but forgot my password and am unable to access my email associated with my domain. I followed directions from godaddy and sent an email to their “back office” group that is supposed to handle these kinds of password related reset requests. I have been waiting 15 days for a simple password reset and have provided 3 different driver’s licenses (I have moved many times in the past 5-7 years) and my **** passport. I have spent more than 20 hours trying to escalate to anyone who will listen let alone try to help but to no avail. I am simply told to wait because they are “very busy in the back office.” I have also called the corporate number for godaddy many times over the last few days and it is impossible to get a human being on the phone. At this point, I would not recommend godaddy to my worst enemy. I have never ever seen a simple password reset request “process” like this – ever. I don’t know what else to do.

I just want them to STOP Emailing me. I’ve asked the MANY Times to stop! I have threatened them twice to file a complaint with the better business bureau, yet they continue. I have deleted all their emails….but if I receive anymore, I’ll send it. I just got one today but deleted it.

First of all, their customer service is horrible. The hold time is over 60 minutes and they make you hold instead of giving you an option to call you back. I spend hundreds of dollars of years w/ these guys. Secondly, our website went down for several hours due to a breach on their end. When I called to see what happened they told me that there was a pharma hack on my website and that I should upgrade to a security plan. So I did. But it turns out the attack happened on GoDaddy’s end. After waiting an hour on hold via chat I spoke with some clown who could barely understand English. I told them that I wanted to be refunded for the security plan and comped that. It’s THE LEAST that any company with basic integrity would do. The rep told me that a supervisor said that if they refund me the charge for the security plan they’ll have to take it off. To h*** with the huge inconvenience to the customer due to a breach on their end. I strongly recommend using another hosting company. Their customer service is atrocious.

I purchased a domain + email + ********* 365 from go daddy and ********* 365 didn’t work from the get go, than the email stopped working. I contacted them multiple times most times having to hang up after an hour wait! when I did get someone on the phone they never ended up helping me and ending up knocking down or forwarding me to a 3rd party service company that asked money for there services.I am being charged for over a year but I cant get something to work???!!I am demanding full correction of the service promised and a refund for the time the services promised wasn’t provided.

I had a small company that closed it’s doors in 2010 (11 years ago). We had a website and paid godaddy for this site. When we closed, we go rid of the website name and website. Godaddy still attempts to charge us every year by charging or ***************** Amex typically backs them, so we finally just cancelled our Amex accounts.

Agreed to have Godaddy build my website. I was told they could build a mortgage specific website with the example website I gave. Several conversations with the sales rep explaining that I couldn’t help with the site and it needed to be compliant to my industry. I was assured that wouldn’t be a problem and very little input would be needed on my end. Payment was made for $2171.99 on Oct 30th. After receiving their first draft I was shocked and asked to cancel. They not only changed my logo, but missed any compliance needs and the verbiage used was very inappropriate. Now I’m being told that they can only issue a refund for 600$ and that it’s my responsibility to build a compliant website. ***** with the customer experience manager team missed our scheduled call yesterday. Today I received a call and was told that they never explicitly claimed to be able to build a compliant website, that they are not mortgage experts and I will need to provide all data/information. I’ve sent in several pages of revisions 2 days ago, but still haven’t heard back. I’d like a refund, they misled me and used my lack of computer savvy against me.

My web designer purchased two domains that was transferred to me. I tried to transferred the domains to another company right away, because based on my experience, GODADDY is a company run by an immoral person, and I didn’t want to deal with their shenanigan. I was told I had to wait a period of time. I waited the time and still I couldn’t transfer. It was always one excuse, or they just hang up on you. I must have called GODADDY 30 to 40 times about the same issue. Every-time I was promised that it was done and I just need to wait up to 24 hours to show but nothing happened. I was trying to laugh my website, which is a pie selling business about 2 wks before Thanksgiving, the biggest pie selling opportunity. It is the day after and I’m still having problems. I’ve had to call 5 times today alone. When you call, they tell you if you do this and that (which was purchasing new products, it would solve the problem). I ended up cancelling the order when I realize that it was just a scam. I missed out on ALOT of money because GODADDY makes it impossible to transfer to a better company. I think they do it on purpose, so you get so frustrated and just give up. At this point, isn’t that theft? GODADDY have my property and I’ve been trying to get it back and they are making it impossible. If this is not theft it should be and it should be illegal.
