Freight 48 contacted me about their dispatch service, I sent them my company documents and they were supposed to send a contract before we begin. I looked through the contract but was dissatisfied with their service and I never signed it. I informed them I was not interested. On 24th February 2024 freight 48 withdrew 99.00 usd from my account without my consent. I informed them and they promised to refund. However on 30th March 2024, there was another withdrawal of 429.00 by them. The bank said the only way to get the money is to contact them. They have been avoiding answering calls and they keep.giving me the run around. I want my refund back because they never did any SERVICES for me and we never had a contract.
